Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 September 2026
This policy explains what Infinitum Ltd. Co., trading as Infinitum Travel, collects about you, why we collect it, who receives it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers infinitum.travel and the travel advisory services we provide.
1. What you give us
When you submit a consultation request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, the destination and timing you are considering, the size of your travelling party, your trip style, an optional budget range, and any notes you choose to add.
If you go on to book travel with us, we will need more, including the legal names and dates of birth of everyone travelling, passport details, loyalty programme numbers, dietary and accessibility requirements, and payment card details. We ask for this only when a booking requires it.
2. What is collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. Our form infrastructure may store a small amount of data in your browser to function correctly. This site does not use advertising cookies or third party tracking pixels.
Typefaces are served from our own domain rather than a third party font service, so no font provider receives your IP address when you load a page.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your consultation request, which we commit to doing within 24 hours.
- To research, design, quote, and book the travel you have asked us to arrange.
- To communicate with you before, during, and after your travel.
- To meet legal, tax, and record keeping obligations.
- To send you occasional updates, only if you have asked to receive them.
4. Who receives it
We share only what is necessary, only with the following:
- Travel suppliers. Airlines, hotels, villa operators, cruise lines, lodges, tour operators, transfer companies, and insurers require traveller details to hold and deliver a booking.
- Gateway Travel. Our host agency, which processes bookings and holds payment card information in its secure systems.
- Google Cloud and Firebase. Our website hosting and database provider, which stores consultation requests on our behalf in the United States.
- Professional advisers and authorities. Where we are required by law to disclose information.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Travel outside your country
Arranging international travel necessarily means sending your details to suppliers in the country you are travelling to. Data protection laws there may differ from those where you live. Submitting a request or booking travel with us means you accept this transfer as part of delivering the service.
6. How long we keep it
Consultation requests that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 24 months, so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Records connected to completed travel are kept for seven years to meet tax and record keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your information earlier.
7. Security
Consultation requests are stored in Google Firestore with access rules that prevent any visitor from reading, altering, or deleting submitted requests. Payment card details are never stored on this website or in our email, and are handled only inside Gateway Travel's systems.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
8. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete your information where we are not required to keep it, or stop sending you updates. Email info@infinitum.travel and we will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation. We will honour those rights where they apply to you.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 except as part of a family booking made by an adult. If you believe a child has given us information directly, contact us and we will remove it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and the version posted when you submit a request is the version that applies to it.
